Ronnie Hale

Ronnie Hale, 79 of Frankfort, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at his home. Born Sunday, November 8, 1936 in Garrard County, he was a son of the late Elmer & Ida Mae Sowders Hale. He was a former employee of Local 181 as an Operating Engineer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son; Donnie Ray Hale, a daughter; Debbie Shipley, & brothers; Coy, Wesley, & Floyd Hale.
Survivors include his wife, Karla Tucker Hale, a daughter; Brenda Turnbull of Garrard County, brother; Hershel Hale of Lancaster, sisters; Nola Fitzpatrick of Somerset, Nora Gordon, Jeannie Oakes, & Delena Hale all of Lancaster, four grandchildren; Jason Derring, Samantha Shipley, Brandon Hale, & Jeremy Pingleton, & one great-grandchild, Alexandria Derring.
Funeral services will be 1:00 Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Dr. Jay Padgett officiating and burial following at Danville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers include Brandon Hale, Jason Derring, Joseph Tucker, Russell Denny, Karl Tucker, John Tucker, Chris Tucker, & Matt Tucker.
