Roger P. Bandiera, 61, a resident of Somerset Nursing & Rehab, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born in Wilmington, Delaware on June 26, 1952, son of the late Victor and Mary Clementoni Bandiera. He was a TSA Agent for the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
He is survived by one brother, Anthony & (Laurie) Bandiera of Somerset, KY and one sister, Victoria & (Kenneth) Head of Science Hill, KY, a nephew, David & (Christine) Head, three nieces, Jael & (Sam) Nichols, Elizabeth & (Landon) West, Andrea Bandiera, an aunt, Elizabeth Dobies of Danville, KY, numerous cousins and friends.
A private funeral service will be held among family and friends.
Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
The family request donations to be given to the American Diabetes Association.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
