Paul Gover

Paul Edwin "Eddie" Gover, 85 of Danville passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014. Born February 23, 1929, he was the son of the late Layton and Martha Leigh Gover. He was a retired Substation Superintendent with KU in Danville.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jeannine Light Gover; two daughters, Sheilah (Marvin)Wells of Danville and Pam (Ron) London of Lexington; one sister, Charlene (Carl) Wilder of Hustonville; six grandchildren: Bart Gover, Brook Mills, Brittney and Gentry Wells, Emily London Swaim and Jessica Kemmish. He was preceded in death by a son, Barry Gover.

Services will be at 1 pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Ernest Martin. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Danny Patterson, Paul Bodner, Tom Ross, Harold Lester, Jimmy Gordon and Kenneth Yocum. Visitation is 5-9 pm, Monday with Masonic Rites at 7:30 pm, Monday by Rocky Ford Post #765. Memorial Contributions suggested to Heritage Hospice.
