Katherine Turpin

Katherine Marie Shepperson Turpin, 88 of Hustonville died Sunday, April 3, 2011. Born June 8, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Burl and Naomi Southerland Shepperson. She was a member of Geneva Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Short Turpin. She is survived by her son, Roger (Paula) Turpin of Hustonville; 3 grandchildren: Deonna (Jeff) Reynolds, Benjamin Turpin and Troy (Natasha) Turpin; 2 great grandchildren and 3 step-great grandchildren. Services 11 AM Wed. at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Jarred Moore with burial in Danville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Deonna Reynolds, Troy, Benjamin and Gary Turpin, Don Poynter and Jeff Elmore; and Honorary Pallbearers are Buddy Southerland, Bob Peck, Dewey Coffman, Lou Carmickle and Kenneth Austin.
