Juanita Anderson, 80, of Danville, died Tuesday August 9, 2016. Born February 6, 1936, in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Gladys New Vickery. Juanita retired from Palm Beach after 25 years of service. She then worked for several years at Trim Masters. Juanita was a member of Junction City First Baptist Church. She loved to cook and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Juanita never had an unkind word for anyone. In addition to her parents Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Donald E. Anderson and a grandson, P.J. Duncan.

Juanita is survived by one son, Phillip M. (Barbara) Anderson of Danville, 3 daughters, Donna (Glenn) Breeze of Orlando, FL,., Cheryl Anderson and Mechelle (Chris) Hilton both of Junction City, 3 brothers, David (Vickie) Vickery, Jeffrey (Joyce) Vickery of Aiken, S.C., and Chester Vickery of Ohio., 2 sisters, Vivian (Rob) Siders of Aiken, S.C. and Leuretha McQuerry of Junction City, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City, with Brother Chuck Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 - 1 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Pallbearers will be Brian and Jordan Duncan, Eli and Hunter Anderson, Zach and Zane Hilton, B.J. Anderson, and Glenn Breeze.
