Joe Everett Robinson, 85, widower of Sally Cox Robinson, died Sept. 9, 2013. Born November 24, 1927 in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Joe and Pearl Goode Robinson. He was a US Army veteran, a farm manager and a mail carrier for Kentucky School for the Deaf. Survivors include a son; Ed (Mildred) Robinson of Richmond, Ky., a daughter; Mary Jo (John) Shearer of Stanford, Ky., a brother; Billy Robinson of Danville, Ky., three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Wednesday at Danville Memorial Gardens with Dennis Brewer officiating.
