Joann Gullett

Joann Snow Gullett, 70, of Junction City passed away on Monday, August 9. 2021.  Born November 5, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Wavie Shoopman Snow.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Gullett.

Joann loved going to church and was of the Pentecostal faith.  She attended Highway 49 Church in Liberty and was a former employee of Genesco and Walmart.  She enjoyed shopping, eating out, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She loved everything about Christmas and would begin preparing in January.

Joann is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Scott) Yates of Hustonville; sisters, Emojean Hampton of Liberty and Evelyn (Bobby) Terry of Hustonville; grandchildren, Conner Yates and Cristen Yates of Hustonville; and nephews, Ray Tapscott of Liberty and Danny (Debbie) Tapscott of Liberty.

Visitation is 5-8 pm, Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home.  Funeral Service is 1 pm, Friday with Bro. Phillip Smallwood officiating.  Burial is at Danville Memorial Gardens.
