Jeannine Gover

Jeannine Light Gover, 84 of Danville passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Lifecare Center in Bardstown. Born March 23, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Pat Light and Vernon and Sadie Alice Manning Galloway. Jeannine had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Kentucky School of the Deaf. She enjoyed flower gardening and collecting antiques.

Jeannine was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Paul Edwin "Eddie" Gover and by a son, Barry Layton Gover. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Ron) London of Lexington and Sheilah (Marvin) Wells of Danville; six grandchildren: Barton (Shelley) Gover, Brooke Mills, Brittney C. Wells, Gentry (Kelli) Wells, Emily (Hunter) Swaim and Jessica (Chad) Kemmish and by three great grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Chaplain Brad King with burial in Danville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Paul Bodner, Jimmy Gordon, Larry Privett, Danny Patterson, David Kleckner, Harold Lester and John King.
