James Tudor

May 22, 1951 — May 15, 2012

James N. Tudor, age 60 passed away Tuesday May 15, 2012 at the Hospice Care Center in Edgewood, Kentucky. Mr. Tudor was born in Dayton, Ohio to Christine Haney Tudor and the late Nelson Tudor and was the husband of Deborah Salyer.

James served his country in the United States Navy, was a truck driver, a member of Abundant Grace Apostolic Church in Paris, Kentucky, was passionate about witnessing for his Lord, was a Cincinnati Bengals fan, a lover of music, and loved to joke and make people laugh.

In addition to his wife and mother, James is survived by two sons, Jason (Amelia) Tudor and Aaron (Cara) Tudor of Memphis, TN, a daughter, Lori (Dustin) Walker of Murfreesboro, TN, 4 grandchildren, Kayla, Cameron, Taylor, Peyton, two brothers, Jon (Rudy) Tudor of Huntsville, AL, Doug (Paula) Tudor of Ellicott City, MD, and a sister, Martha (Joe) Brummett of Danville.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ellen Tudor.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Lexington Avenue Baptist Church in Danville with Bro. Jeremy Mills officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 9-11AM. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens. Preston Pruitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions in Honor of Aaron Tudor are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105
