Frances Estella Young, 99, of Stanford, KY passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, KY.

A native of Paint Lick in Garrard County, she was born on January 2, 1923 to the late Willie Green Bryant and Lee Anna Bryant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Clyde Young, as well as four brothers. Frances was a homemaker and a long-term member of Stanford Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Bradley C. (Nancy) Young of Nicholasville, KY; one daughter, Marsha L. (Brad) Lawless of Louisville; seven grandchildren, Regina Young, Alexandra (Matt) Brewsaugh, Leslie (Michael ) Wahlstrom, Kyle Jackson, Seth (Sarah) Lawless, Blake (Brianna) Lawless, and Kristin Lawless; and three great-grandchildren, Abrielle Brewsaugh, John Henry Lawless and Elaine Lawless.

A private family service will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 with Bro. Max Hester officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens in Danville, KY.

Active Pallbearers are Matt Brewsaugh, Gary Gander, David Irvin, Kyle Jackson, Brad Lawless, Seth Lawless and Randy Scholtz.
