Doris Henry "Dorsey" Tincher, 73, formerly of Jackson Co., Ky. died Dec. 4, 2012. Born January 2, 1939 in Jackson Co., Ky., he was the son of the late Emitt and Zola Coffey Tincher. He was a member of Herrington Lake Church of God and served in the US Air Force. He will be sadly missed by those of us who knew and loved him. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Wilts and a brother, Dallas Lynn Tincher.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Dodie Tincher, a son, Richard (G'nene) Tincher of Junction City and a daughter, Connie Sue Tincher of Danville; five grandchildren, Lisa Marie Tincher, Kim (Kevin)Polston, Joe (Carla) Fischer, Josh Fischer and Chris Fischer and seven great-grandchildren, Alexus, Brooklyn, Jaren, Cayden and Colsen Fischer, Bethany Polston, Logan Polston; two brothers, Ronald (Judy) Tincher and Raymond (Vivian) Tincher both of Jackson County and a sister, Joyce Parker of Milford, Ohio.

The funeral service will be 2 p.m., Saturday at Stith Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
