Donald Grubbs

Donald V. Grubbs, 78 of Junction City passed away, Sunday, February 11, 2018. Born May 13, 1939, he was the son of the late Horace and Mae Belle Vaught Grubbs. He was a member of Junction City First Baptist Church.

Donald is survived by his wife, Bonnie Henry of Junction City; two sons: Wayne (Melinda) Grubbs of Junction City and Denis (Kristi) Grubbs of Danville; two step-sons, Rick (Tammy) Henry of Junction City and Troy (Jeanie) Henry of Junction City; two brothers, Ray (Phyllis) Grubbs of Moreland and Bobby Grubbs of Versailles; eight grandchildren: Kathy, Vicki "Tobi", Hannah, Hayden, Mia, Charli, Zach and Sean; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Billie Jean Lair, a brother, Joe Grubbs and a step-granddaughter, Sheena Lister.

Services will be at 11 am, Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Ernest Martin. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-9 pm, Thursday at the funeral home.
