Billy Coulter

Billy Joe Coulter, age 54, passed on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at his resident. He was born on July 21, 1955 in Danville, Kentucky and was the son of the Billy Coulter and Permelia Coulter. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, George Coulter and Willie Ray Coulter.

He was a member of Wilson Chapel A.M.E Church in Parksville, Ky.

Billy Joe is survived by his wife, Beatrice Coulter, Danville, KY; five daughters, Falisha (James) Coulter Wilkinson, Nakisha Coulter, Genita Garr, Victoria Spoonamoore, and Lakisha Cadill; one brother, Rev. Robert Coulter; four sisters, Betty J. Coulter, Mary Whitehead, Sue Coulter and Edith Wilkerson; thirteen grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.
