Jean Blevins Martin, 84 of Owensboro, formerly of Danville, died Sunday April 12, 2015. Born September 2, 1930 in Junction City she was the daughter of the late Herbert Allen and Roselle Clinton Blevins. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Martin.
Jean is survived by her daughter Roseann Brown of Owensboro, a son Charles Allen (Lana) Martin of Hopkinsville, 2 grandchildren, Tracy (Josh Lessin) Durham, and Lindsay Davis, and 6 great grandchildren, Aidan Thomas, Maxion Seth, Katheryne Rose, Emma Grace, Ari Joseph, and Noa Elise.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday April 17, 2015 at Stith Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Russ officiating. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 4 p.m., Thursday April 16, 2015 at Stith Funeral Home.
