Ashlee Jo Nevius Shipp, age 34 of Loretto, died Monday, June 26, 2017 at U of L Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born October 25, 1982 in Boyle County. She was employed as the manager of McDonalds Restaurant in Lebanon and was a Baptist by faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Lee Maddox and an infant son, Taylor Daugherty.
Survivors include her mother, Susan Nevius of Lebanon; her husband, Brian Shipp; three children at home, Levi Daugherty, Baylee Tungate and Gage Tungate; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Pastor Jonathan Grizzell will officiate. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is 3-8 PM Wednesday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
Memorials may go toward funeral expenses and may be made at the funeral home.
